Well things are finally slowing down at the Mace home. Rick is slowly recovering and is doing well as long as he sticks with the bland foods. Grilled chicken has become a favorite at all the restraunts. (ok, maybe not favorite, but at least he can eat out again).
We are busy preparing for the arrival of our first grandchild. On Monday Kellie and Alex were told they were expecting a baby BOY! We were all saying a girl, except for KD who just went against us all. So the thoughts of cute little girl names, and pink, and lace have been put aside for now. And thoughts of bouncing boys now fill our home.
Jason continues to do extremely well on his mission and we are so proud of him. His testimony of the Gospel has grown so much and we see him growing into a fine young man!
Kassie is keeping extremely busy at BYU~I and is finishing up her last semester before she graduates in December. We are so excited to see how she has developed new talents and taken on new challenges. She recently took a trip to California with one of her Art classes and had a great time.
Kaydee is pressing forward with her College classes as well. She has a full load, and managing to keep up the competion with Jason's 4.0 GPA. Between school, institute and friends, she is keeping us pretty busy.
Other than that, the Mace family is trying to enjoy life slowing down. (even if it is just for a day or two). We know the near future will hold many wonderful blessings for us, and we are anxious for those blessings to come.
That about does it from our home....
